On-Site Engraving Events

​​Thank you for reaching out. I work full-time and do hand engraving in the evenings and on weekends. For on-site events (typically 3–4 hours plus setup and travel), my rates, fees, and policies are outlined below. I typically engrave 20–25 glasses/bottles per hour (2–3 words, e.g., names, initials, “Happy Mother’s Day,” “Merry Christmas”). Please note that many of my Fridays and Saturdays around Father's Day, November, and December fill up fast. You can view my current availability here: Calendar.


I can also accommodate preorders where I pick up, engrave, and deliver the following week. Pricing starts at $150 and is based on the number of preorders.

 

RATES/FEES:

Personalized Hand-Engraved Items:

  • Glass items with optional color inlay (gold, silver, or no fill if frosted, metal, or drinkware) start at $50 for up to 5–6 words or a simple illustration.

  • Additional words: $5 each (if space allows).

  • Bulk orders and highly complex engravings are billed at an hourly rate ($150/hr).

 

Delivery Fees:

  • Free drop-off/pickup in Millersville, MD (address provided upon confirmation).

  • Order online for pickup:
    –  Fishpaws Marketplace (Arnold, MD) – free pickup
    –  Total Wine (Laurel, MD) – $10 pickup fee
    Please list Deb Healy as the third-party pickup. Once your order is ready, text me at 443-492-9822 with: “Ready for pick-up at [location].”

  • For other locations within 10–20 miles: $15 one-way, depending on availability.

Rush Fees:

  • Less than 72 hours: $25 (50% deposit required).

  • Less than 48 hours: $50 (100% upfront).

  • Less than 24 hours: $75 (100% upfront).

  • Cash, bank payment (ACH), or check payable to Deb Healy Designs. 

  • Zelle or PayPal: debhealy830@gmail.com

    Note: For PayPal and Venmo, please send as “friends” to avoid added fees.

  • Credit card payments: subject to a 3.5% + $0.60 processing fee.

  • Late Payment Fee: $25/week after 30 days (if applicable).

Service Fee:

  • A one-time $10 to $15 admin/service fee per invoice applies (covers admin, maintenance, processing).

 

DISCLAIMERS:

  • Payment is for engraving services as listed in the invoice.

  • All sales are final; payments are non-refundable.

  • I do not engrave pressurized bottles (champagne, sparkling wine, beer, or glass growlers) due to explosion risk. By request, I can handwrite on these using metallic gold or silver pens.

  • I engrave glass, metal, and select other materials, including: wine/liquor bottles, flasks, silverware, tumblers (Yeti, Corkcicle, etc.), glasses, mugs, candles, dog tags, slate, crystal, perfume bottles, and some wooden items (engraving or woodburning). 

  • All engraving is personalized and hand-done, not machine-lasered. Hand engraving will not have the “perfect” uniformity of machine work and may affect structural integrity. I am not responsible for any damage to items during engraving or after delivery. Items cannot be reimbursed or replaced once engraved.

  • A draft photo will be provided for approval before engraving. Once approved, no changes can be made. 

  • Upon completion, a final photo will be sent, and you will be contacted for pickup/delivery.

  • I do not claim rights to any branding, logos, or company names provided by the client. Completed engravings may be photographed for proofs and included in my professional portfolio and social media.
